What do you have that God hasn’t given you? And if all you have is from God, why boast as though you have accomplished something on your own (1 Corinthians 4, 7)? God has given you such a long life so that you would know Him better and love Him more. Now, even if you feel poor and unworthy you hope to depart from this earth into heavenly paradise. You possess this priceless treasure: “knowing that God is love” and that “to know Him is the eternal life”.
